OUR LETTING OPTIONS
We offer 2 letting options:

Full Management – This will include everything from screening the tenants, doing all the checks, inspections, collecting the rent and manage the lease. You as landlord will receive monthly statements and we could pay the rates& taxes and levies on your behalf. Management fee will be 10% of monthly rental, deducted from rental income monthly.
- Finder’s Fee – This will be to source the tenants, do all the necessary checks and incoming inspections. There is an 8% fee payable on this option. This is a once off fee and calculated on the value of the lease agreement. Normally a 12-month lease / we also do shorter periods on request from the landlords.
